Heating Oil Delivery in Bucks County, PA

Bucks County is our home. Same Day Oil Delivery runs out of a yard at 2437 Durham Road in Bristol, which means that for most of the county we are not a regional carrier working a territory — we are the local company a few miles up the road.

The county is long and varied, and that shapes how we deliver. Lower Bucks — Bristol, Levittown, Bensalem, Croydon, Fairless Hills, Morrisville — is dense post-war housing built in the boom years after the Second World War, when oil heat was standard. A great many of those homes still run their original 275-gallon tanks, and they sit closest to our yard, which puts them in our lowest delivery zone.

Central Bucks around Doylestown, Newtown, Buckingham and Warrington mixes older borough housing with newer development, while Upper Bucks toward New Hope, Solebury and the river villages is more rural, with longer driveways and a fair number of outdoor and buried tanks. All of it is on our routes.

How delivery works here

Enter your ZIP code and you get a live per-gallon price for your address, not a countywide average. The rate is banded by distance from Bristol, so lower Bucks addresses sit at the floor and the price steps up as you move north and west. Delivery is included in the number you see.

Our online ordering system lets you order and pay with a credit card in minutes, and we accept cash as well. There is no credit check, no contract, no enrolment fee and no requirement to buy a service plan to get the fuel price. You can order once and never come back, or switch to automatic delivery and let us track the tank for you.

Bucks County heating oil, practically

Order at about a quarter tank. That covers you through a cold snap and a delivery window, and it keeps the burner intake above the water and sediment that settle in the bottom of every oil tank.

On delivery day the thing that matters most is access: an unlocked gate, a clear path to the fill pipe, and no car parked over it. A driver who cannot safely reach the pipe has to reschedule, and in January that is what leaves a house cold.

If a tank has run dry, say so when you order. A dry system draws air, locks out, and needs priming and restarting before it will make heat again — that is a different job from a routine top-up.

If you would rather not watch the gauge
