🚚 Driving jobs only

What the driving jobs require

We'd rather tell you up front than waste your time. Any driving offer is conditional on:

  • A pre-employment drug screen, plus DOT random testing once you're driving
  • A motor vehicle record (license) check
  • A criminal background check
  • Verification of your CDL, endorsements and DOT medical card
  • A clear query in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
  • Being 21 or older

🔧 Shop jobs are different. The Diesel / Fleet Mechanic and Maintenance Mechanic roles need no CDL, no endorsements and no DOT medical card — just a valid driver's license, a clean record, a background check and a drug screen.

  • Keep your truck clean, fueled and safe, and write up anything that isn't right

What you need

  • Valid CDL Class B or A
  • Tanker (N) and Hazmat (H) endorsements — held together, these are the X combination
  • No air brake restriction (no L restriction on your license)
  • Current DOT medical card
  • 21 or older

  • Able to pull hose, climb and lift repeatedly, in all weather

  • Cover cold snaps, when will-call orders stack up fast
  • Same DOT inspections, metering and paperwork as the full-time route

Diesel / Fleet Mechanic

$30 – $45per hour

Part time, flexible hours

View details

Keep our delivery fleet running and legal. We care that the trucks are ready, not that you're here nine to five.

What you’ll do

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engine and chassis problems
  • Brakes, air systems, tires, lights, batteries, DEF and aftertreatment
  • Perform and document DOT annual inspections, and keep the maintenance files clean
  • Service delivery equipment — meters, registers, pumps, hoses, reels, shutoffs
  • Get trucks back on the road fast in heating season
  • Winter readiness: fuel gelling, block heaters, batteries, tires

What you need

  • Proven diesel, medium- or heavy-duty truck experience
  • Your own hand tools
  • Valid driver's license and a clean record — you'll road-test what you fix

Nice to have

  • DOT-qualified annual inspector and brake inspector — tell us, it matters to us
  • A CDL, even without endorsements, so you can move trucks
  • Air brake, hydraulic or welding experience
  • Experience with fuel meters, registers or tank trucks

Maintenance Mechanic

$25 – $35per hour

PM & oil changes · flexible hours

Scheduled servicing across the fleet — the same checklist, done properly, truck after truck. This is the job that stops small things becoming breakdowns.

What you’ll do

  • Scheduled PM services — oil and filter changes, fluids, greasing
  • Check and top off coolant, DEF, hydraulic and brake fluid
  • Tires: pressure, tread, wear patterns, rotations
  • Lights, wipers, batteries, belts and hoses
  • Log every service accurately against the truck
  • Flag anything outside PM scope to the diesel mechanic rather than guessing at it

What you need

  • Hands-on mechanical experience — automotive, fleet, equipment or trade school
  • Valid driver's license and a clean record
  • Your own basic hand tools
  • Comfortable on your feet, under trucks, in an unheated shop in winter

Nice to have

  • Diesel or medium-duty experience
  • A CDL, even without endorsements, so you can move trucks in the yard
  • Any DOT inspection exposure

How we work

Six things we actually mean, not a poster in the break room.

🔥We show up.Somebody's heat is out. That's the whole job. When we say same day, the truck rolls.
🛡We do it safe or we don't do it.Fuel is unforgiving. Nobody here is ever rewarded for cutting a corner on a hose, a placard, a hill or a pre-trip.
💬We tell the customer the truth. If we can't get there today, we say so today — not at six o'clock.
🔧We take care of our own equipment. The truck you drive is the truck you keep clean, keep fueled, and write up when it's wrong.
📞We answer the phone. No phone tree between a cold house and a person who can actually help.
📍We're local.Bucks and Montgomery County. Our drivers live where they deliver.

📞 What happens after you apply

Someone from our team calls you — usually within a couple of business days — to talk through the job and answer your questions. There's no long online process to get through first. If you'd rather just talk to a person, call (215) 874-0093.

Attach a résumé or just type in where you've worked — either is fine, you don't need both.
