Ordering does not need a phone call
Most customers never call. The online price box gives you a live per-gallon rate for your ZIP code and lets you book the delivery in a couple of minutes, at any hour. Call when something is unusual — a dry tank, a tricky driveway, a commercial account, or a diesel quote.
What to have ready when you call
Your delivery address and ZIP code, roughly how much fuel you want or whether you want a fill, and the reading on the tank gauge. If the tank is empty, say so at the start of the call: a dry tank needs a prime and restart before there is heat, so it is handled differently from a routine top-up.
