We use a degree-day system that tracks your tank size, delivery history, local weather 🌡️, and spacing between fills. Deliveries are made strictly based on usage—never on price trends. You don’t place orders—we schedule them automatically.

💵 Pricing & Billing

• You’re billed at our everyday low price on the day of delivery.
• 🌐 Website prices are for will-call orders only and may differ. There is no guarantee they will match your automatic delivery price.
• A valid payment method must remain on file for automatic delivery.

🚨 Run-Out Guarantee

If you’re enrolled in automatic delivery and still run out, we’ll provide an emergency delivery at no extra charge.

📢 Customer Responsibilities

Please notify us if anything changes that could affect your oil usage, such as:

• Adding/removing heating equipment 🔧
• More occupants 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 or home renovations 🏠
• Any major changes that alter consumption

We cannot be responsible for runouts caused by unreported changes.

📑 Account Closure & Budget Plans

Canceling automatic delivery does not result in an unused balance unless you are enrolled in a Budget Plan (covered under a separate policy).

⏱️ Learning Period (First Three Deliveries)

In your first three deliveries, our computer is still learning your household’s usage. To prevent interruptions in heat 🔥, we may deliver earlier than expected—even if your tank isn’t close to empty. These early fills are intentional and help us fine-tune accuracy so that future deliveries match your actual usage pattern.
