These terms apply to your use of samedayoildelivery.com and to the fuel and services we provide. By using this site, placing an order, or agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms.

Orders, pricing, and delivery
- Your per-gallon price is locked at the advertised rate on the day you schedule your delivery. See our Payment Types & Policies.
- Deliveries are subject to minimum quantities, our service area, road and weather conditions, and product availability.
- Same-day delivery is offered during heating season and is subject to capacity and cut-off times. See our Delivery promise for what it covers.
- We will not fill a tank that fails our safety checks. See our Tank Safety & Compliance Policy.
Text message (SMS) terms
Program description. Same Day Oil Delivery sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have given consent. Messages include delivery confirmations and reminders, driver and delivery-window updates, order and account status, pricing and payment notifications, responses to questions you send us, follow-ups on a quote or inquiry you started, and occasional service offers.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the unchecked consent box on a form on this website, by texting us first, or by giving verbal consent to a member of our team, which we log with a timestamp in our system. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your account and delivery activity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to every message you send or receive.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message from us to be removed from that program at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send you no further texts on that program. You can also call us on (215) 874-0093 to be removed.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, call us on (215) 874-0093, or email info@samedayoildelivery.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers. Message services are available on most major US carriers. Availability may change without notice.
Your privacy. How we handle the information you give us, including your mobile number, is set out in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may email you about your order and, where you have agreed to it, about offers and service reminders. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
Use of this website
The content on this site is provided for general information. Prices, availability, and service areas can change. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of errors. You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful or that interferes with its operation.
