- Existing Customers: Annual usage projection is based on the last two years of delivery history with us.
- New Customers: We request a delivery report from their previous provider to establish usage history.
- If no prior records are available, we estimate usage based on heating equipment type and home size.
- The total projected annual cost is divided into 12 equal monthly payments.
2. Pricing
- Price per gallon is set at enrollment and applies throughout the plan year.

3. Payment Terms
- Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
